Ron Heifetz

Ronald Heifetz is a globally recognized authority on leadership and the co-founder of the field of Adaptive Leadership.

He serves as the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, where he also founded the Center for Public Leadership. For decades, Heifetz has worked with leaders across sectors, helping them navigate complex change and mobilize people to tackle their toughest challenges.

Ronald Heifetz is a globally recognized authority on leadership and the co-founder of the field of Adaptive Leadership. He has spent his career helping leaders diagnose complex challenges, distinguish between technical and adaptive problems, and engage stakeholders in the work required to create meaningful progress under pressure.

Harvard Kennedy School & Center for Public Leadership

Heifetz serves as the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School. He also founded the Center for Public Leadership, which has become an international hub for leadership scholarship and practice. Through teaching and advising, he has guided leaders from government, business, civil society, and global institutions.
