Coaching your leaders through the transitions that shape them.

Led one-to-one by our faculty and built around the leader in front of us - the role, the situation, and the consequences they carry. A deeper alternative to conventional executive coaching, brought in at the moments where it changes the trajectory: a new role, a bigger team, a pattern to break.

Where coaching has the most leverage

A transition is when a leader is most open to change and most able to grow. Stepping into a new role, taking on a bigger team, or leading through something unfamiliar reshapes what the work asks of them. We meet leaders at exactly these moments, when focused development changes how they lead, and the change tends to hold.

How we work

Led by our faculty.

Every engagement is led by a member of the KS Insight faculty - senior leaders who teach as well as coach. We work from one method: the Insight 4D framework, the Decision Authority Spectrum, and our own leadership assessments. Each program opens and closes with an assessment, so the growth is visible and the leader can see how far they have moved. It is a deeper alternative to conventional coaching, built to keep working after the sessions end.

Course Correction

For a valued leader whose pattern is limiting them or their team. We start with a clear diagnosis - a 360 and a scenario assessment surface what the leader cannot yet see - then focus the coaching on the specific behavior and the shift it needs, with goals set alongside the organization. A way to develop and keep a leader who matters.

$20,000

The Executive Year

Twelve months of sustained one-to-one development across the full range of a senior leader's role. By application.

$24,000

The Advisory

Six months for a senior leader carrying a consequential organizational problem who needs experienced strategic counsel alongside their own development.

Evidence

The work is measured.

Kirsti Samuels has coached a hundred senior leaders one to one. An independent study of our multi-year leadership programs found markedly higher retention and faster advancement among the leaders who took part - development that shows up in the work itself.
