Dr Shuba Gopal is a consulting Senior People Analytics and Organizational Strategy Advisor at KS Insight and an experienced people analytics consultant who specializes in leveraging data science and predictive modeling to enhance workplace performance, innovation, and employee retention.

Her interdisciplinary practice combines statistical methods, behavioral science, and organizational psychology, with a particular emphasis on career and leadership development as key drivers of employee engagement and retention. She is known for her innovative approach, utilizing survival analysis, decision trees, and permutation testing to evaluate complex organizational challenges including ensuring pay equity and supporting innovative retention strategies.

Shuba is Principal at Glean Signals LLC and previously helped create and scale the people analytics functions at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
