Nina Blackwelder

Nina Blackwelder is the Chief of Staff at KS Insight. In this role, she combines analytical precision with steady, behind-the-scenes leadership to keep the firm’s strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations aligned.

Nina’s academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Pharmacy Science from the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Florida A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She brings that disciplined, systems-focused training to the way KS Insight runs projects, supports faculty, and serves clients.

Before joining KS Insight, Nina led and supported a range of community-focused organizations. She founded the Degree 180 Center, chaired its board. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Kiwanis International and the Board of Directors for Bridging the Gap - roles that reflect her long-standing commitment to civic engagement and community resilience.

Living in Central West Georgia, Nina’s leadership philosophy is grounded in authenticity, resilience, and the belief that true success lies in creating opportunities for others to thrive.
