These bespoke leadership development programs target high performing and high value leaders. These programs are co-designed following interviews and discussions with you, and are transformative. For our clients at The Broad Institute for Harvard and MIT, we created a cohort-based program to build the capacity of their scientists to do the work of management of leadership. Our strategic problem solving methodology is a facilitated and structured collective problem-solving tool that supports leaders in developing strategic insights that are then actionable to make progress on complex challenges.
This methodology is built on leadership frameworks developed at the Harvard Kennedy School and supports careful diagnosis of leadership and organizational challenges.
Support in Budgeting Processes
We believe that budgets are the most tangible expression of an entity’s priorities and goals. While others see numbers and spreadsheets, we see opportunities for engagement, strategic decision-making and shared problem solving. We bring experience building multi-billion dollar budgets in times of deep budget cuts, as well as generous surpluses, to our core work of leadership development, strategy design, and executive coaching. We work with your core financial team and key leaders to design a budget process with the transparency and engagement appropriate to your environment. Through small group facilitation, and individual coaching, we support your team in aligning investments with your goals, and navigate the difficult but crucial conversations that concrete budget work entails.
