Our faculty are carefully chosen to leverage their expertise from their “first” careers–in conflict negotiation, in government and politics, in the tech industry, in the military, in start-ups-in addition to being trained in leadership and negotiation at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. In essence, we bring decades of practical experience leading in complex systems – from organizational turn-arounds, designing collaborative and innovative cultures, managing through budget crises, and facilitating peace mediation processes.

Transformative Cohort based leadership programs

These bespoke leadership development programs target high performing and high value leaders. These programs are co-designed following interviews and discussions with you, and are transformative. They shape how leaders think and act, build skills and community and set them up to practice effective leadership in the complex and cutting edge environments they work in.

What can this look like? For our clients at The Broad Institute for Harvard and MIT, we created a cohort-based program to build the capacity of their scientists to do the work of management of leadership. 

This program, for 15-25 participants per cohort, includes:

  • 7 days of intensive in-person workshop time over 9 months

  • Hypothetical leadership cases that were written specifically
    for the Broad context

  • Monthly in-person facilitated leadership case discussions 

  • On demand virtual executive coaching
