What's Involved
The program is designed to work with busy schedules:
Run over zoom to allow participation from multiple locations
Seven 3-hour learning sessions over 3 to 5 months
Four 90-minute practical workshops
Six hours of peer coaching spread throughout the program
We keep the groups small enough for real learning:
30 people with two facilitators, or
Up to 50 people with three facilitators
