What's Involved

The program is designed to work with busy schedules:

  • Run over zoom to allow participation from multiple locations

  • Seven 3-hour learning sessions over 3 to 5 months

  • Four 90-minute practical workshops

  • Six hours of peer coaching spread throughout the program

We keep the groups small enough for real learning:

  • 30 people with two facilitators, or

  • Up to 50 people with three facilitators
