Mary Catherine McElhone
Mary Catherine is a Senior Implementation Associate at KS Insight. In this role, she serves as the connective tissue that keeps projects moving, stepping into whatever gap needs filling, managing logistics, coordinating across teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She brings a project manager's instinct for organization and a communicator's ability to adapt, making her a reliable presence at every stage of implementation.
Her background spans more than a decade in political campaigns, nonprofit leadership, government offices, and strategic communications. She began her career on the campaign trail, where she learned to manage competing priorities under pressure, a skillset that has followed her across every role since. From leading statewide field operations to serving as staff to elected officials, Mary Catherine has consistently been the person trusted to take on the work that needs to get done and see it through.
Outside of KS Insight, she serves as Chair of the Women's Mentorship Committee for a national young professionals organization, where she creates programming and spaces that help women grow, connect, and step confidently into new opportunities. She is also a member of the Capitol Policy Leadership Institute's Class of 2026 and a graduate of The Campaign School at Yale University.
