Rahel Dette

Rahel Dette is a Leadership Faculty and Coach at KS Insight and a Research Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Senior Content Developer for Harvard University, where she is building a new online course on leadership and authority for thousands of learners around the world. Rahel is also a leadership coach and organizational consultant and has worked with clients in academia, government and the non-profit sector. She has 5 years of experience helping teach courses on Adaptive Leadership at Harvard with Dr. Ronald A. Heifetz and is co-authoring a seminal book on the inner work of leadership with him and Stuti Shukla.

Rahel speaks German, French, Spanish and intermediate Arabic. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Middle East Studies from Brown University and a Master's of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
