Cristina Stasia

Dr. Cristina Stasia is a consulting Senior Leadership Faculty and Coach at KS Insight, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in leadership development, inclusive education, and organizational strategy. She currently resides in Canada, and is the former Director of Leadership Training and Program Development and was a Lougheed Adjunct Professor at the Peter Lougheed Leadership College at the University of Alberta. In this role, she helped launch the college alongside former Canadian Prime Minister Rt—Hon. Kim Campbell, creating a space for fostering adaptive, inclusive, and impactful leadership.

Dr. Stasia is widely recognized for her ability to address how traditional constructions of leadership can limit effectiveness. Her academic research and practical work focus on integrating intersectional approaches, drawing from movements such as Black Power and feminism to challenge conventional leadership paradigms and foster meaningful systemic change. Through her consultancy, Level Consulting, she has worked with government ministries, businesses, and educational institutions to design leadership strategies that emphasize equity, innovation, and adaptability.

Globally, Dr. Stasia has contributed to a variety of leadership training programs, including creating custom initiatives for Hong Kong-based companies, nursing faculty in Ghana, and mid-career executives in Canada’s engineering sector. She has been recognized as one of Edmonton’s “Top 40 Under 40” for her work in advancing experiential learning and community engagement. Her teaching excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including being named a top instructor by University of Alberta students.

In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Stasia is completing an executive certificate in Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, underscoring her commitment to refining adaptive leadership practices. Her work continues to inspire individuals and organizations to embrace inclusive leadership and navigate complex challenges effectively.
