WHAT’S INVOLVED
The program is designed to work with busy schedules
- Run over zoom to allow participation from multiple locations
- Seven 3-hour learning sessions over 3 to 5 months
- Four 90-minute practical workshops
- Six hours of peer coaching spread throughout the program
We keep the groups small enough for real learning:
- 30 people with two facilitators, or
- Up to 50 people with three facilitators
