Silvana Zapata-Ramirez

Silvana is a Strategic Content Manager at KS Insight. She enjoys creating frameworks that help address leadership challenges and organizational transformation, working to translate complex concepts into actionable insights and interactive learning tools. Silvana also collaborates on integrating innovative technologies and AI-powered solutions to enhance client engagement and create more dynamic training experiences.

Beyond her work at KS Insight, Silvana manages the business and finance portfolio at Rights CoLab, a non-profit focused on strengthening civil society by bridging gaps between business and financial sectors. She also co-founded a social enterprise supporting citizen journalists in conflict and crisis zones.

Her professional foundation includes experience in the for-profit sector, where she contributed to projects across warehouse operations, customer service, and finance. Originally from Colombia and raised in Ohio, Silvana is a native Spanish speaker who now calls New York City home.
